 ABOUT PRCA AND ITS ANNUAL CONFERENCE

February 1-4, 2027

PRCA is pleased to announce that we will be hosting our Annual Conference and Expo at Lake Aurora Christian Camp & Retreat Center in Lake Wales, Florida. Join us for the 20-27 Annual Conference whether you are new to the industry, a student, a camp and recreation professional, a camp or recreation operator, a related business, a builder or our valued members and past conference attendees.
PRCA has held an annual conference since 2004 with the goals of creating networking opportunities, sharing general industry knowledge, offering professional development workshops, presenting state of the industry reports, engaging members, and hosting the official PRCA Board and Membership Annual Meetings.
Owners, builders, operators, guides, instructors, facilitators, camp professionals, attorneys, insurance professionals and more that have an interest in the ropes challenge course industry, aerial adventure course industry, zip line industry and/or outdoor recreation industry should attend.
At a PRCA conference you will get to know others in the industry in a more relaxed environment. You can build valuable contacts that you can relate to on an industry level. Share ideas and resources, learn from seasoned professionals and develop a rapport with fellow facilitators and operators.
Attendees will leave with new skills and hands on knowledge that can be used throughout their professional career. Keep up with what’s going on in the industry and meet others who are just as passionate as you. Whether you are a seasoned PRCA member or this will be your first year attending a PRCA conference, we look forward to seeing you at the 2027 Annual Conference and Expo!
