PRCA is hosting its 2027 Annual Conference and Expo, February 1–4, 2027, at Lake Aurora Camp and Retreat Center in Lake Wales, Florida. We welcome challenge course owners, operators, builders, guides, instructors, facilitators, students, camps, businesses, and other professionals from throughout the ropes course and adventure industry.

Since 2004, PRCA has brought industry professionals together through its Annual Conference to promote networking, professional development, education, and the sharing of industry knowledge and experience. The conference also provides an opportunity for PRCA members to participate in official Board and Membership Annual Meetings.

Who should attend? Challenge course owners, builders, operators, guides, instructors, facilitators, attorneys, insurance representatives, and other professionals with an interest in the ropes course, challenge course, aerial adventure course, and zip line industry are encouraged to attend.

The PRCA Annual Conference combines professional education with opportunities to meet and exchange ideas with other industry professionals. Attendees can learn from experienced facilitators and operators, discuss current issues and practices, build professional relationships, and share first-hand knowledge and experience.

Qualified Instructor and Certified Inspector courses will also be available in conjunction with the 2027 conference. Additional information about conference sessions, training opportunities, registration, lodging, and other event details will be posted as they become available.
